Salvador Leyva
Salvador Leyva
Salvador Leyva Morelos Zaragoza is a PhD Candidate at the University of Galway. He holds a Master’s Degree (LLM cum laude) in International Human Rights from the University of Notre Dame, and a Law Degree from the Universidad Marista de Mérida.
Salvador has worked as a human rights lawyer before national and international organizations such as the Inter-American Court and Commission for Human Rights, the Robert F. Kennedy for Human Rights, La 72 Hogar-Refugio para Migrantes, the National Security Archive, and the Federal Public Defense Institute in Mexico.
PhD Research Topic: Strategic enhancement of international law on enforced disappearances
